Muscle Detox is a must for everyone, athletes as well as de-conditioned individuals, who want to live pain free. It helps reduce aches and pains, tension and stress, headaches and improves flexibility and postural alignment. Daily living creates stress and tension within our body. Too much sitting, running, or emotional and mental stress all put additional strain on our bodies. This stress gets stuck in our bodies and presents us with aches and stiffness that can lead to common issues such as neck and low back pain, headaches, insomnia, even digestive problems.

Meet Cain Wooten, our July member of the month!

An engineering manager at ProNova Solutions, Cain is a Chattanooga native and has been a member of the Provision family for six months. His favorite class is Bootcamp, and he has successfully cut down on body fat while adding lean muscle mass through his hard work!

A father of two, Cain enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking and swimming with his wife and children. To add to his outdoor fitness repertoire, he plans to participate in a sprint triathlon this summer.
